Each year millions, if not billions, of birds are stunned, injured or killed by flying into glass.
Recently, on a more chirpful - ahem, cheerful - note, the U.S. Green Building Council has began offering credits to builders for bird-friendly designs: A New LEED Credit for Bird-Friendly Buildings.
